Clinical and Reprographic Activity figures for May 2025 

The overall clinical activity for April 2025/26 has increased by 410 patients, compared to April 2024/25 (NX - 107, Walsall – 21, SaTh – 282 (TeleDerm). 

The KPIs have increased, 90% of patients seen within agreed time frames (from 78% last month) and a 10% increase in images uploaded to 70%. 

The outcome in April was good, despite the number of days lost through annual leave, sickness and the Easter Bank Holidays, which equates to 75.8 days. 

The activity for May saw a further increase of 432 compared to the same period last year 1/4/24 to 31/5/24). 

The KPI for attending to patients fell to 79% although the percentage uploaded stayed the same at 70%, despite fewer days lost (68.8 days). 

Care should be taken to ensure that the oldest requests are dealt with first, after urgent or time critical requests.
