The design / animation team have been busy creating designs for the joint staff awards for RWT and Walsall. Initial ideas have been submitted to the committee, feedback will be given shortly and further tweaks will be made. 3 final logo ideas will then be submitted to the board for them to make the final decision.
The design team have also been busy creating the new theme for Trust Talk. Ideas are still in progress but it is looking exciting and freshened it up. All designs rely on strong photography and this will be a great opportunity to work alongside the photographers to create a united product to showcase what we do.
Both projects have worked well and all staff have contributed, pitched ideas and supported one another. Moving forward I would like to encourage this style of working as we are getting better results for final designs.
The print team have been busy as usual. Well done to Fiona and Paul for keeping on top of all internal print. Paul, the training and support you have given Fiona has allowed her to keep on top of this whilst you have been on leave. Thank you.
Admin team have been inundated with ID cards the last month with new doctors and student nurses. Thank you Adrian for ensuring these have all been delivered on time and keeping on top of the challenges you faced!
A few housekeeping reminders:
Admin team – when you receive deliveries, please ensure the status is changed to delivered in Filemaker and that goods are receipted within 48 hours, as invoices are coming through very quickly and we rely on Filemaker to confirm these can be paid.
Also, when signing for goods, double check what you are signing for. It may take you / the courier an extra minute but avoids a lot of hassle in the long run. .
