Welcome to CI News! We’re in the middle of Ramadan and Easter is not far off too, it’ll soon be summer holidays then Christmas and New Year again!!!!!!! 

So, getting off the merry go round, its great to see a positive change in the reduction of requests in Community and Watched folders backlog, it’s such a relief not having that at the back of our minds knowing that they’re there. 

Now everyone has regular 1:1’s booked, these are a great opportunity to reflect on your success and explore development options. Make notes and take them along with you so you have some structure and make best use of the time. 

I’m really pleased to say the local patient survey results are consistently good as too are the customer survey sent to some of our customers. You have all heard on the news of the changes affecting the NHS, and received a joint email on Monday 17.03.25 from the Black Country CEO’s, of the changes and what impact that will have locally. If you haven’t already done so, please read it. There's lots of challenges facing the NHS and our organisations, but also opportunities to do things differently to make it better for our patients
