And welcome to the Easter edition!

Firstly, a big “Well Done” and congratulations to all of last year’s trainees, they’ve received their end of year results and are now all qualified Clinical Photographers - Now the hard work begins!!!!!! 

Some more good news, the feedback from the Dept Patient Survey is 100% positive. Please remember to ask patients to complete the survey either by scanning the QR code or if they’re not able to do the electronic version, please ask them to take a paper version, it takes less than 2 minutes to complete, you can even offer them a cuppa whilst they do it! 

Here are some of the comments we’ve received in reply to the question “Is there anything else we could do to improve our service?":

"It was fantastic, staff were very friendly and courteous."

"Thank you." 

"Nothing!! Everything went well, but I’d recommend an iPad pen for writing our names on the iPad!! Thank you!! :)" 

Our other creatives have been involved in some high profile projects, one being a competition for the front cover of The Lancet. Some of you may have heard of it. We won’t know until the end of the month if we won, but fingers crossed. 

Keep up the good work, and I hope you didn't eat too many chocolate eggs!!!
